Good Standing Community

The Department of Bank Card provides a 5-7% subsidy to small company owners who recommend other business owners to apply for the program in order to promote a robust ethnic community.

Refund PAF reimburses applicants between 60 and 85 percent of the merchant authorization credit card processing fee cost if they:

Is located in a low-income community

In order to be eligible, the business address must be in a low-income community. Before applying, prospective candidates are encouraged to verify if they fit the low-income community eligibility condition by looking at the map.

Has 20 or fewer employees

Applications are accepted from business entities that are typically eligible for the Refund PAF program. This covers independent contractors, private, nonprofit organizations, and sole proprietors. Businesses engaged in agriculture are not qualified.

Be a U.S business

You must have at least 51% of your assets and personnel in the United States.

State Refund Business or Self-Employed Cost

The State Refund Business or Self-Employed Cost provides funds of up to up to $350,000, before applying, make sure your small business meets the following eligibility criteria:

Is situated in a low-income area.

In order to be eligible, the business address must be in a low-income community. Before applying, prospective candidates are encouraged to verify if they fit the low-income community eligibility condition by looking at the map.

Able to show a revenue decrease of more than 30%

In order to verify the 30% decrease, an applicant who satisfies the low-income community requirements will be required to submit gross monthly revenue, which includes all forms of combined monthly revenues received, such as profits or salaries.

Has 100 or fewer employees

Applications are accepted from business entities that are typically eligible for the Refund PAF program. This covers independent contractors, private, nonprofit organizations, and sole proprietors. Businesses engaged in agriculture are not qualified.
